At Shame Club™, we gather in circle, not to fix each other, but to witness, connect, and grow. These community meetings are open to anyone ready to explore the hidden parts of themselves in a judgment-free setting. We meet a few times each month in person, and every circle is different, but what stays the same is the power of speaking your truth and listening to others do the same. None of us is alone.
